2. We create your personalized treatment plan  

Your journey to a beautifully straight smile begins with a personalized treatment plan. We utilize detailed images and impressions of your teeth to determine your SureSmile® pathway. At your appointment, we will detail the length of treatment, the anticipated results, and the financial arrangements you can expect. Your timeline for transformation involves many factors, but adults can typically expect about a year and teenagers around eighteen months.  

3. Your new aligners are ready to use  

SureSmile® clear aligners are made of BPA-free smooth plastic and are specifically designed for your teeth. Since you will wear your aligners for 20–22 hours a day, they are crafted for comfort and flexibility.  

4. follow your schedule  

As each SureSmile® aligner gently moves your teeth into position, you will switch to a new next-step aligner every two weeks. Each aligner is precision crafted to build upon the previous set and will shift your teeth about 1/10mm per tray. Our team will see you at regular intervals throughout your treatment to ensure everything is moving according to schedule.

When your treatment is complete, you can confidently share your new smile with the world! For some patients, a follow-up retainer may be worn to ensure your beautifully straight smile remains aligned.
